    The print is as good as any other lotus print releasse. The screen shot posted with high luminance value can be attributed to misconfiguration in the settings in the software used for taking snapshots. >> ravi

    An Update on the screen shot. The above screen shots [frames] captured and posted are interlaced ones. Obviously they would not reflect the original quality. >> ravi

    Hye Ravi,
    [Snapshots]
    I think first of all you have to watch this print. As per what i know, The Brightness is bit High in this print. Example, if you look at scene where ppl wear white dress and it’s just too much white.
    you know this a DVD-9 Disc but the quality not even near Ayngaran or TSK Dvd-9. One more thing is Ayngaran’s or Tsk’s Dvd-9 have DTS but this one only have DD 5.1.
    Without DTS the Picture Quality shud be more High but it’s just like an normal lotus Dvd-5. There’s a big colour difference between Ayngaran/TSK and Lotus. Ayngaran or TSK dvd’s are just looks like the Original source of FILM but If you look at Lotus Dvd’s The Colour is totally adjusted. Try look at the night scenes of lotus dvd, It will be more darker then the ayngaran’s or TSk’s.

    [Interlaced]
    The source is actually Interlaced 16:9. When am taking SS of anymovie from my SW, It will just show the Actual Source quality and it will not de-interlace the source while taking SS.
    Am sure you know that there is alot of De-interlace method’s / Option’s. So i just chose to go with the Original Source Quality.

    Hello, for me this lotus print is more good than the sruthi print, but yes it is more brightness in the lotus print.The same like Sura lotus print, but for me it is not the problem sir.
    But i will be thankfully if you post the 2 cd print with high quality sound (more than 128 bit rate), then everytime i request the subtitle separate from the movie, but you did not mention it.Sir, you can do it , but you did not do it.It is just a small file.Because in other site they did not have the english subtitle of tamil movie. Not everybody in this world know tamil languange, but if you do my request they will learn.So i will looking forward for my request sir. Thank you very much….

    Hye Barathi,

    Yeah, The Sound isn’t matter. I’m always doin it on 128 bitrate but sometimes when other admins rippin it, they set it at 32 instead of 128. I’m Sorry for that. :(

    About the Seperate Subtitle. Ye sure, I can do it for you now. I do remember, last time you asked about it unfortunately i don’t have time to do it.

    u r correct ……lotus too bright…but this copy is 100 times better than shruthi…and sound quality is also very gud

    Regarding the screen shots – when I saw this scene of the vob file, I watched it on GOM player. The settings in my player has customized Video Playback, So your inference must be right. I wanted to post this earlier but I saw my earlier posts under moderation, So I did not follow up on this topic. Anyways thanks for the detailed explanation. Regarding Audio format too you are right. So you have every reason to be upset about the encoders at lotus. thanks >>> ravi.

    Is it possible for you to down mix the existing audio of Singam to Pseudo DTS 5.1 ? even if it takes a bit longer to release, it’s worth the wait.I suppose you must be having access to Digidesign or protools.thanks >>ravi
